SURF is the sharing mobility system of MicroMob Srl, an Italian start-up that offers integrated and sustainable B2B and B2C micro-mobility services.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO USE THE SERVICE?
To drive our vehicles you must be at least 18 years old.

You can find the General Conditions HERE. At the time of registration, you will be asked to read and accept them.
HOW MUCH DOES THE SERVICE COST?
Registration for the service is free. The unlocking of the scooter has a fixed price of 1.00 Euro and the rides have a variable cost per minute.
WHAT HOURS IS THE SERVICE ACTIVE?
The service is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
HOW DOES THE PAYMENT WORK?
Payment is based on consumption and takes place automatically at the end of the ride. It is necessary to insert a credit/debit card to top-up your wallet from which the amount due will be deducted at the end of each ride.
HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE?
Download HERE the SURF App for Android and iOS and create your profile.
HOW DO I HAVE TO REGISTER?
To register, you must be over 18 years old. It is very simple; you will need to enter your name, your email, your mobile number and your credit/debit card. You will receive a six-digit code on your mobile that will allow you to activate the service.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ACCOUNT TO BE APPROVED?
Your account will be approved immediately and you can start surfing right away.
HOW DO I LOCATE THE SCOOTERS?
Through the App you can locate the scooter closest to you and reach it thanks to the map.
HOW TO UNLOCK THE SCOOTER?
Once you have reached the scooter, just scan the QR code from the App and the scooter will be unlocked.
IS THE HELMET MANDATORY?
In some places the helmet is mandatory for everyone. We strongly recommend the use of a helmet at all times. We care about your safety.
HOW DO I START THE RIDE?
To start “surfing”, after unlocking the scooter, just tap your foot and push on the accelerator.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT?
In the event of an accident or serious damage to the scooter, contact emergency services if necessary and then contact our technical support via the app.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE SCOOTER IS LOW?
Before starting the ride, check the status of the scooter and the battery charge. If the vehicle does not accelerate or shuts down, it probably means that the battery is low. In case of need, please contact our technical support.
HOW DOES THE MANAGEMENT OF FINES WORK?
According to our regulations, the fines are charged to the user who rented the vehicle at the time of the infringement.
DO I NEED TO CHARGE THE VEHICLE?
“Surf” without thoughts; we’ll take care of the charging.
CAN I CARRY ON A PASSENGER?
It is absolutely forbidden to carry things or people on board the scooter.
WHERE CAN I MOVE?
You can move freely within our operational area. Remember to respect the rules of the Road Code.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LEAVE THE OPERATIONAL AREA?
As soon as you leave the operational area, the scooter will slow down and stop after a few minutes. Immediately return to the operational area to reactivate the scooter.
WHERE CAN I PARK THE SCOOTER?
You can park in the green areas shown on the map. Always respect the Road Code; do not obstruct driveways and pedestrian passages.
HOW DO I FINISH A RIDE?
